Ausschluss des Widerrufsrechts bei digitalen Inhalten

Das Widerrufsrecht besteht nicht bei Verträgen über die Lieferung von digitalen Inhalten, die nicht auf einem körperlichen Datenträger geliefert werden (z. B. Downloads, E-Books, Online-Kurse, digitale Vorlagen).

Wichtiger Hinweis:
Sie stimmen bei Kauf eines digitalen Produkts ausdrücklich zu, dass mit der Ausführung des Vertrags (Bereitstellung des Download-Links oder Freischaltung des Online-Zugangs) vor Ablauf der sonst gültigen Widerrufsfrist begonnen wird. Sie nehmen zur Kenntnis und bestätigen, dass Sie Ihr Widerrufsrecht mit dem Beginn der Ausführung des Vertrags und dem Erhalt der digitalen Inhalte verlieren. Eine Rückgabe, ein Umtausch oder eine Rückerstattung ist nach erfolgreichem Kauf und Bereitstellung der Datei daher ausgeschlossen.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium (e.g., downloads, e-books, online courses, digital templates).

Important Notice:
By purchasing a digital product, you expressly agree that the performance of the contract (provision of the download link or activation of online access) will begin before the expiry of the otherwise applicable withdrawal period. You acknowledge and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal upon the commencement of the contract's performance and the receipt of the digital content. Therefore, returns, exchanges, or refunds are excluded once the purchase is successful and the file has been made available.
